Why POSH trainings are so important in MSME! During my tenure in one of the leading MSME of Kolkata, I have found that HR department is so casual which mandates training and often it used to be paper training.
As Head of Compliance, I felt that this was serious breach of Compliance both in letter and in spirit and encouraged HR team that I would like to hold training session with all the employees of the Company.
Shocking none of them knew even what constituted offence, etc, leave aside the workers in the factory.
I would request MSMEs don't ignore POSH training as a liability instead we have management consultants who can take effective training session using case study method and effective simulations.
